Hor D'oeuvres
Selection of cheese and crackers, fresh crudites with creamy cheese dip, spanakopita, dill cheese puffs, sweet and sour meatballs

Dinner
Salad stations: garden salad, marinated vegetable pasta salad, cole slaw, fresh fruit salad
Buffet: Jumbo lump crab cakes (we requested that Old Bay be on the table with salt and pepper), Apple-cranberry-pecan stuffed chicken breasts, baked manicotti w/ a creamy garlic herb sauce, red potatoes in a butter sauce, roasted tomatoes w/ parmesan, broccoli rice, fresh vegetable medley, dinner rolls and butter

Beverages
Since neither of our families like to drink mixed drinks, we will be serving beer, wine, and soda. We will also have a citrus punch, tea, coffee, and ice water.

Cake
We lucked out in the sense that our venue provides us with the wedding cake as part of the reception package. We chose the design since it was simple, but at the same time had a bit of fun to it. This was actually the first polka dot wedding element that we had chosen, and that inspired the other polka dot things in the wedding. Our cake will have purple dots and a purple ribbon decoration at the top. We chose red velvet cake with white chocolate mousse filling for the flavor, with a buttercream icing on the outside of the cake.
